Service Description

Are you needing a space to host your own birthday party, bachelorette party, baby shower, support meeting, cooperate event gathering, family reunion, retirement party, graduation party, holiday gathering, networking event, game night, photo shoot, film screening, or something else? Painted Teacup rents out their space when painting classes and events aren't booked. 3 hour minimum is preferred to ensue you have plenty of time to set up and clean up after, But feel free to reach out to ask about shorter bookings. $50 per hour and you may request additional time at your time of booking. The space comes with access to and heated/airconditioned indoor space with a bathroom. Tables and chairs are available upon request. Art supplies are only available to guest who book a private painting party.

Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. If unable to make the class or private event call to reschedule within the month, otherwise the deposit is forfeited Things to know: No alcohol or food is provided, this is all BYOB. Class: Class starts right at the booked time so please insure you're early within the 30 min buffer or right on time with your full party. Most classes run about 1.5 to 2 hours. If you go over time there is an additional fee per every 30 mins of $40. You will have 30 mins before and 30 mins after as a buffer. Parking: Parking is behind the building. You can enter through the ally way between Waldo Wellness and Dominos. Do not park on the side of the building that is connected to Waldo Business Association. Location: We are located across the street from Sutherlands. My building is grey with a yellow sign on the door. Deposit: Your $50 deposit goes towards your class. If you go too far overtime then the deposit is forfeited to that. $40 for the time $10 for taxes. If you stay within your timeslot you can use it towards the class.
